The consultancy Munich Airport International GmbH (MAI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Flughafen München GmbH, provides management, consulting and training services for the aviation industry worldwide. Mit uns etwas bewegen – die Aufgaben

  • Proactively organize executive schedules, meetings and business travel, including calendar management, preparation of documents and presentations, travel documentation, and expense reporting, as well as maintaining accurate records
  • Act as a central point of contact for managers and team members, supporting a wide range of administrative tasks such as travel requests and the preparation of minutes and correspondence in both German and English
  • Professionally organize and support the execution of meetings, events, and delegation visits, including agenda preparation, visitor pass applications, and coordination of meeting rooms and shuttle services
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the office by supporting workplace organization and managing office and IT equipment
  • Assist with onboarding and relocation processes for new employees, including liaising with authorities and preparing official appointments
  • Take ownership of project-related tasks and actively drive the continuous improvement of administrative processes in close collaboration with the team

Zum Abheben – die nötigen Qualifikationen

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification forms the foundation of your profile
  • Experience in an assistant or office management role is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills, a structured approach to work, and a high level of personal accountability distinguish your working style
  • Confident communication skills in both German and English, along with a professional and friendly appearance set you apart
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and in common digital AI tools, e.g. Copilot
  • A collaborative mindset, enthusiasm for working in an international environment and a high degree of flexibility complete your profile
