In your new role as "Head of" for Airport Operations & Digital Innovation, you will drive both operational excellence and digital transformation for several global airports. As a visionary leader, you'll nurture talents and lead exciting international projects to success. Aufgaben, die begeistern

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead a team of 10 consultants and develop talents in the field of Airport Operations & Digital Innovation.
  • Strategic Support: Provide strategic advice and support to the Managing Directors and VP on key projects.
  • Networking: Build and foster relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders to promote innovation and attract top talent.
  • Business Development: Assist the Heads of Market in pursuing new business opportunities and oversee the proposal development process.
  • Service Delivery: You take roles as Project Manager or Expert within the field of your competence; on short-term basis, if required.
  • Project Supervision: Ensure successful project delivery, focusing on quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen, die zählen

  • Education: Master's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of experience in aviation or airport management, with 10 years in relevant areas.
  • Leadership: Inspiring leader with strong interpersonal and multicultural communication skills.
  • Project Management Expertise: Extensive knowledge of multi-project management and tools like MS Office, MS Project, and Primavera.
  • Languages: Excellent English skills (native preferred); German is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and conflict management abilities.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A service-oriented professional with proven customer management experience.
  • Clear Background: Certified clean police record required for airport access.
